All products, pieces and parts marketed by HOYSALE, enjoy a LIMITED WARRANTY, which is unique and exclusive against manufacturing defects, offering a repair or replacement of the equipment within the period of validity of said guarantee, as long as they are under conditions of normal use and according to the manual that accompanies our products.
All products are subject to review and diagnosis for the warranty process.
In the event that the part or part under warranty does not present a fault due to a factory defect, the company is not obliged to make any changes to the product or return cash.
To make the warranty of a product valid, the customer must:
• Submit a ticket or invoice that guarantees the purchase of the product.
• Present the complete product with its packaging, accessories, manual, drivers, etc.
The WARRANTY WILL BE INVALIDATED in the following cases:
• When the product presents physical damage due to misuse, excessive use, mishandling, improper transportation or carelessness.
• When the guarantee seals or serial number are broken, tampered with, changed, removed.
• Damage caused by electric shock or use with incorrect voltage.
• Damage caused by the presence of harmful elements (liquids, acids, dust, organic or inorganic bodies, chemical substances, etc.) that are not part of the equipment.
• Damage caused by accessories or external equipment not specifically designed for said product.
• Damage caused by the installation of software other than the one installed at the factory (operating system, computer virus, etc.).
• When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by HOYSALE.
The Company is not responsible for damage or loss of information stored on storage media of equipment or products (internal memory, USB, Micro SD, mobile devices, etc.), this is the sole responsibility of the client.
PER COMPANY POLICY:
• Equipment without proof of purchase, ticket or invoice is not accepted without exception.
• No equipment with physical damage (broken, broken, hit, wet, burned or with unauthorized handling, etc.) is received under warranty.
• The company is not responsible for the damage or loss of information stored on equipment or products with storage media (internal memory, USB, Micro SD, mobile devices, etc.).
All equipment is subject to review and diagnosis without exception. And it is delivered back only by presenting your proof of receipt.
